The California Least Tern is the official newsletter of El Dorado Audubon. Published monthly, September through June, it contains "Thoughts from the President" outlining activities, projects, or current issues; Chapter conservation news; field trip dates and locations; the guest speaker and topic for the Monthly Program; and information on upcoming events from both the El Dorado Park Nature Center and the Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge.

You may also find birding classes and festivals listed; answers to birding questions; Field Trip and Nature Center Walk reports; updates for on-going projects; opportunities for involvement; how to sign up for a project; and news on Research Grants that the Chapter awards.

If you are not a member of our Chapter and would like to receive our newsletter, please send your name and address along with a check in the amount of $10 (for a year's subscription) to the Treasurer, El Dorado Audubon, P.O. Box 90713, Long Beach, CA 90809-0713 . Articles may be e-mailed to the editor, John Hlavac, or mailed to the chapter address.
