Leader: Carolyn Vance

Our September walk at Rancho Los Cerritos (4600 Virginia Rd., Long Beach), was amazing with 22 people attending! So, we’re doing it again this month.    Everyone is invited to join me, Carolyn Vance, on Thursday, February 8^th starting at 8:00 a.m. in their parking lot.  This walk will only last until 9:30 a.m., at which time we need to leave the Rancho as they have another group scheduled.

Early February should still have all our wonderful winter birds, including Cedar Waxwing, White-crowned Sparrow, Robin, and of course, Yellow-rumped Warbler. We should also have fly-overs of geese, ducks and gulls as well.  The Rancho has also hosted some rarities in the past years, so you never know what we may see there!  Come find out with us.
